Create and Animate grids in after effects. No plugins required. We do it all with shape layers and repeaters. You may be surprised how much we can animate using the repeater. I'll make some arrays, some grid lines, and show you how to animate them on, off and all around. These techniques make very nice backgrounds and pattern elements to fill out a scene and open up a new area of creativity.
